This document outlines the Terms & Conditions (T&C) governing the use of Habit Driven (the “Service”), a platform for habit tracking application with AI coaching. By using Habit Driven, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs. Please note that your use of Habit Driven is subject to applicable regulations in California and other jurisdictions.  Life Apps Solutions, a California LLC, is the owner and operator of Habit Driven.

Definitions

In this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the developers and operators of Habit Driven. The terms “user”, “you”, and “your” refer to anyone accessing and using Habit Driven.

Account Registration

To use Habit Driven, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Habit Driven. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Subscription and Payment

Habit Driven offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You can choose a plan and make payments through the payment methods provided in the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as indicated in the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Intellectual Property Rights

We retain ownership of all content and features of Habit Driven, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, logos, and software. User-generated content, such as goal setting and habit tracking data, remains the property of the user, but by posting such content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content.

User Conduct

Users of Habit Driven must adhere to acceptable use guidelines, including but not limited to:

• • Complying with all applicable laws.
• Refraining from engaging in any fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Limitation of Liability

We provide Habit Driven on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use Habit Driven.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of Habit Driven, your violation of these T&Cs, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these T&Cs, fraudulent activities, or abuse of Habit Driven’s features. Termination of your account will result in the forfeiture of any subscription fees paid.

Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed under the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the T&C for changes. Continued use of Habit Driven constitutes acceptance of any updates.
